3. Stretch 5 min
4. Body Weight Workout - put on White Board.
- 20 Push-Ups, 1 Sit-Up
- 19 Push-Ups, 2 Sit-Ups
- 18 Push-Ups, 3 Sit-Ups
- ...continue this pattern until...
- 2 Push-Ups, 19 Sit-Ups
- 1 Push-Up, 20 Sit-Ups
Then
Wall Sit - 2 min goal.
2 planks - 1 min each.
5. Then to outside - remind students to bring water - to QE Field - Soccer & Ultimate - Equipment from equipment room required - 1 team of Pinnies (10) Soccer Ball, Ultimate Frisbee and small cones for markers.
Kids can self run these sports - they know how to run and set up. Recommend having them select 2 team Captain's, select team - play. Start with soccer or ultimate kids choice - switch after about 30-45 min.
NOTE: Class is dismissed about 10-15 min prior to end of AM session as the class typically work through their break. So dismiss from field at 11:25/11:30am. (prior to their 11:40 lunch commencing).
