3. Class into two teams -
Team 1 - starts on alternating stair jog/runs x 2 (to top floor) with rounds side lunges x 2 (to first floor) - supervisors (Maddy/Charlie) 4 rounds each partner total.
Team 2 - Fitness Room Workout x 3 rounds each partner
10 goblet squats
10 step ups
10 arm rows (5 each side)
10 burpees
4. Basketball - free play to break - 9:50 put equipment away - 9:55 change - 10am-10:15 break - meet in Tech Lab.
Recheck attendance.
