Oct 20 Tuesday MADD Canada & Fitness Room Workout

1. Attendance

2. MADD Canada Cannabis Presentation 12:50-1:50pm Possibly Slightly Longer  - IT Lab. 

3. IT Lab - Nathan - & Group - review of dodgeball presentation. 

Break - Change - Start Back Up 2:10pm - Fitness Room. 

3. Fitness Room Warm Up x 10 min

4. Review of Weights. Partner Up. Count for your partner for full 3 rounds - then switch. 

5.  X 3 Rounds. 

  • 20 Bodyweight squats.
  • 10 Push-ups.
  • 10 lunges (each leg).
  • 10 Dumbbell rows 
  • 15 Second Plank.
  • 20 Jumping jacks.
Stretches - led by Charlie/Maddy. 

Possibly Dodge Ball - depends on Gym Availability - Relay Race - Stairs + Puzzles.
